Another win for NCSI!

NC Solar Inverters is proud to announce that we won another US DOE prize competition! The Silicon Carbide Packaging Prize has very strict performance criteria for a power module rated at 10,000 volts and 2,000 amps. NCSI took a different approach from traditional module designs that drastically reduced certain inefficiencies and increased manufacturability. Phase 1 was just a design but now we have to build one that works! Back to the lab. See the full announcement here.
